Camel Racing - Al Shahaniya Racetrack

Al Shahaniya racetrack is home to exciting camel racing and Qatar's high-tech attraction - robot camel jockeys. This unique clash of modern and ancient sport delights tourists and locals as toddler-sized electronic riders clad in a colorful racing silks ride gangly beasts across the sands. Camel racing is a popular entertainment attraction and sport in Qatar.

Motor Bike Racing

Enjoy World Super-bike racing and the Moto Grand Prix at Losail International Racetrack in Qatar. Run on the 5.4 km track, the Qatar Moto GP, in its 7th year, is one of the most exciting, longest and fastest motor bike grand prix races in the world.

Ice skating is becoming a popular activity in Qatar. Doha's City Centre Mall has two large ice skating rinks, where tourists and locals can rent skates and take a break from the city. Khalifa International Stadium

Part of the Doha Sports City complex, Khalifa International Stadium (National Stadium) is a multi-purpose sports stadium in Doha. Main venue for the Doha 2006 Asian Games, the 50,000 capacity stadium is home of the Qatar national football team and hosts a variety of sports. The stadium hosted an international football match between Brazil and England in 2009 and the athletics of the 2009 ISF World School Games.

Grand Hamad Stadium

A multi-purpose sports stadium in Doha, Qatar, Grand Hamad Stadium is primarily used for football matches. Home field of the Al-Arabi Sports Club football team, the 13,000-seat stadium was a major venue during the 2006 Asian Games for sports, including football, table tennis, rugby sevens and fencing
